If you encounter Pearl\, they will most likely be reading middle grade fiction\, baking cookies for their wife\, or battling the shedding of two dogs and two cats with a super-strength lint roller. \nLisa Dengerink\n(she/her/hers) – Early Learning Librarian\nLisa has been an early learning librarian with the Denver Public Library since 2013. She trains staff\, teachers\, caregivers and professionals on early literacy topics. In addition she provides feedback and assists Denver Public library staff and volunteers on best practices regarding early learning\, storytime\, child development\, early learning programming and creating early learning spaces. She has worked with children 0-5 years old for over 20 years through libraries and teaching.

All presentations will be delivered live virtually via Hopin.   \nBreakout Session Presentations: Those interested in presenting can submit a proposal for a 50-minute breakout session on an early literacy topic. This year CLEL will offer sessions on three different tracks: Early Literacy Foundations\, Early Literacy Leadership\, and Early Literacy News. \nDiscussion Facilitators: Those interested in facilitating a discussion can submit their topic idea using this  interest form.
