We on the Communications Committee welcome content from CLEL members, should they wish to contribute to the website. One member graciously sent us some of her curated lesson plans to share among the CLEL community, and her text (with links) is below. While this information is geared towards grades K-12 and stretches beyond the scope of Early Literacy, there may be some tools that would be useful to you.
If you have ideas or content you would like to share on the CLEL blog or are interested in joining the CLEL Communications Committee, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hi there! As an occasional substitute teacher, I like to make the most of my time with students by implementing a unique, school-approved lesson plan. This used to be something I tried to coordinate with the school’s team ahead of time, which created extra work for other educators. However, I recently discovered a bounty of engaging lesson plans online! As a part-time teacher and a full-time partner at Educator Labs, I decided to create a list of some of my favorite K-12 student lesson plans, and I wanted to share them with you.
